Role on campus: Case Manager, Fostering Terp Success

What I do: Support Terps who are in the foster care system, are homeless or at risk of being homeless, and/or do not have a supportive family network to access basic needs services including housing, food, and additional wellness services. 

Also: An enthusiastic vegetarian cook, yoga instructor, traveler, and life-long learner!

What excites you about design thinking? Creative brainstorming - the sky’s the limit.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? What about now? Chemistry teacher. Grateful to be teaching now! 

What is your favorite part about teaching? Witnessing my students “lightbulb on” moments.
