What I do: Teach students diversity and inclusion via non-traditional methods using Beyonce and pop culture.

If we held a talent show, what would be your act? Dancing Merengue & Salsa.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? What about now? I wanted to be an Emergency Physician. I now want to be a Doctor of Education and be the Secretary of Education for the United States.

What is your favorite part about teaching? Seeing the light bulb go off for students as they learn new things.

Where are you from?  I am from the best city in the world, New York City. I also am very proud of my Dominican Heritage.
