Role on campus: Coordinator for Latinx Student Involvement & Advocacy for the Multicultural Involvement & Community Advocacy (MICA) Office
What I do: Serve as an advocate for the needs of Latinx students, advise and support Latinx student organizations, and foster community and sense of belonging among Latinx students.
Also: loves exploring coffee shops, museums, hiking and watching baseball.

What is your favorite part about teaching? I enjoy connecting with students and helping them achieve the learning goals of the course.
Where are you from? I am originally from Compton, California. I moved to Maryland in June of 2019 for graduate school. My parents are from Guatemala.
