Innovation and Social Change – Do Good Now

The iGive community opens up a spring semester course to introduce all interested Carillon students to the concept of social innovation, while exploring the many mechanisms for achieving social impact. During the semester students work on a social issue of their choice. They investigate the issue, interview stakeholders, and develop a project plan.

Office hours

The Carillon leadership team supports students in various ways, including office hours, where students can come visit with Carillon staff.

Leadership Opportunities in Carillon

Carillon students have various leadership opportunities available to them.

CHSE228

Common Ground Deliberative Dialogues

This spring we are partnering with the Common Ground Dialogue Program to offer two Carillon-restricted sections of CHSE228, a 7-week, 1-credit course that gives groups of 12-16 students the structured opportunity to consider action steps and solutions to contemporary dilemmas in our society. This course fulfills the Cultural Competency (DVCC) General Education requirement.
