Tierra (she/her) manages brand advertising campaigns and plans events by day. By night, she enjoys reading, catching up with family and friends, and exploring new places. She loves to teach because she loves witnessing students’ creativity and ambition. She is teaching IDEA101 because she gets to share her experiences with design thinking, a crucial part of her day-to-day work! Something that makes her laugh is her mom’s corny knock knock jokes. When she wants to relax, she listens to Jhené Aiko. A song that energizes her is MOVE by Beyoncé. She is most in her element when she is drinking coffee and reading a book during a quiet morning.
